Star Alliance/Other Airline Partners mileage credit
If you forgot to add your Mileage Plus account number to your reservation or at check in, or you believe that miles earned for your Star Alliance flight or for one of our other airline partners have not been credited to your Mileage Plus account, please remember you must allow 7 days after your flight has been completed before requesting retro-credit.

Before submitting your request, please note the following conditions that apply:
- Flight must have occurred less than one year ago to be eligible for mileage credit.
- Credit can only be requested for flight(s) actually flown on a Star Alliance carrier.
- The more complete and accurate information you provide, the easier it will be to process your request.
- Flight activity that has already been credited to a frequent flier account is not eligible for posting to a second account number or a different frequent flyer program (i.e. if the credit has been posted to your Lufthansa frequent flyer account, it is no longer eligible for credit on your Mileage Plus frequent flyer account).
