Media Onboard is a specialised service offering reduced excess baggage rates to passengers who travel with the 'tools of their trade'.
Designed originally to help TV, news and film crews travel with their kit, the service has grown to be an industry standard for anybody travelling with equipment. How the service works:
- You may schedule Media Onboard service for any United flight departing from or arriving at a major UK airport
- Visit: www.mediaonboard.com and click 'Book Now'. Enter your contact information, flight details and excess baggage specifications, and complete the booking process.
- Media Onboard will send you a confirmation email and arrange their meet-and-greet service.
- You will be met at the airport and a roundtrip voucher will be provided, indicating that you have prepaid your excess baggage fees.
